Jill Brimacombe, P.Eng.

Jill is an experienced and trusted manager known for her vision and her drive to take goal-oriented action.

Her expertise lies in creating winning strategies, orchestrating large teams of partners and stakeholders, and acting as a pathfinder on complicated projects. She has been leading the delivery of high-value healthcare, office, institutional, multi-family residential and retail projects for the last 13 years.

Jill has a reputation as a proactive communicator and has built strong relationships with her project partners – clients, colleagues and consultants - by creating processes that enable team members to perform their roles efficiently and facilitate their work. One of her strengths is identifying and planning for potential risks and gaps, to ensure a well-mapped and obstacle-free journey to the finish line.

Jill has led projects for two well-known Canadian infrastructure developers and builders, Plenary Group and Gracorp (Graham Group Ltd.), and is well-versed in a variety of contractual models as well as the potential challenges during the procurement, delivery and operational phases. She has applied her focused approach to projects under P3, design-build, construction management and fixed price contract models.
